1. Service Description

What Is This Movie provides an artificial intelligence-powered movie identification service. Users submit clues such as plot descriptions, quote fragments, or scene memories, and the system uses AI models to analyze and return likely movie matches.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of identification results. AI models make inferences based on statistical patterns and large datasets of film information. Identification results are for reference only and do not constitute a warranty of result authenticity. You acknowledge and agree that movie identification results may be inaccurate or erroneous due to incomplete input information or the current capabilities of AI models.

2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to register for an account. You agree to provide true, accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and to promptly update any changes.

2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (username and password) and bear full responsibility for all activities occurring under your account. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

2.3 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account for any reason (including but not limited to violations of these Terms, prolonged inactivity, fraud, or abuse) without prior notice.

3. Paid Services and Refunds

3.1 Subscription Plans: Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees will be charged to your designated payment method upon purchase confirmation. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, with reasonable notice provided before changes take effect.

3.2 Credit System: Paid users receive corresponding credits to offset service usage. Credits are time-limited and will expire after the validity period; expired credits cannot be extended or converted to cash.

3.3 Refund Policy: Paid fees are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law. To cancel a subscription, you may do so through account settings before the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, you may continue using paid services for the remainder of the current billing period.

4. User Conduct

If we have reasonable grounds to believe you have violated these Terms, we have the right to immediately terminate or suspend your access to the Service.

6. Service Availability and Changes
